At Clikelite.com, we strive to provide high-quality personalized canvases. Since our products are made to order, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns: 

No Returns or Exchanges:

All products are unique and produced on demand. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, color, or a change of mind occurs.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, you can request a free reprint or a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with a clear photo showing the issue.

Refund Process:

Refunds are issued to your account balance and can be withdrawn to the original payment method. If the billing currency is not USD, the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

In case of unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.

Print Placement Tolerance:

For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.

When will my order ship?

At Clikelite.com, we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, we immediately start processing it.

Order Processing: We handle the backend tasks and prepare the necessary pieces to print your personalized canvas.

Printing: Each item is made to order, so this step might take a couple of days depending on the volume of orders.

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality product and ensure everything is just how you want it. Once your order is ready, we package it with care and send it on its way.

A tracking number will be provided so you can track your package as many times per day as you wish once the item is processed and shipped.

Shipping times typically range from 4 to 10 days. Please note that packages are not insured. We currently use UPS/FedEx as our delivery service, and they may experience service impacts beyond their control. You can get updates on their websites.

Due to stock or quality issues, some products or colors may take longer to ship.
